Assembly required. Contains 12 tapered pieces. Straw included for consumer inflation. Made for air-fill.
Step 1: Inflate the Spikes
Inflate each spike using a balloon pump or straw.
Step 2: Tie the Tails
Tie a knot at the end of each spike, leaving 1-2 inches between the knot and the balloon for twisting.
Step 3: Make Pairs
Tie two spikes together by their tails. Repeat until you have 5-6 pairs.
Step 4: Build the Starburst
Cross and twist two pairs together at the center. Continue adding and twisting the remaining pairs until the cluster tightens into a starburst shape.
