How We Ship

Web orders placed before 3:00 PM (ET) Monday through Friday are shipped the same day (credit-cleared orders only). After 3:00 PM, we will make every effort to ship orders the same day.

Orders are shipped by our default carrier, UPS, via UPS Ground Service unless instructed otherwise. Please let us know if you have any special shipping requests.

Delivery days are based on number of business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays). Please note that UPS and other freight carriers that offer a time guarantee limit their guarantee to credit of freight charges only and does not apply to weather delays, other events out of the Carrier’s control, or during peak seasons.

Rush delivery service is available via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select® and Federal Express© express services (FedEx©) at a charge greater than ground service.

Please note that delivery charges are based on dimensional weight and may result in higher freight charges depending on the box size, weight and service method you choose.

 

Shipping Policies

Rainbow Balloons offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING for orders of $250 or more to any address within the United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands). Please speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives if you have any questions about
free shipping or any of our shipping policies. Free shipping applies only to orders shipping to one location. Multiple orders placed the same day that are $250 or more combined are eligible for free shipping only if the orders can be combined into one shipment.


Rainbow Balloons ships only to addresses in United States (including US territories) and Canada. If you are an international customer please have your order ship to a freight forwarder in the U.S. Rainbow Balloons is not responsible for customs fees, taxes or other duties.


Please note that Carrier transit days do not include the day the product is shipped, holidays, or weekend days. The Carrier transitguarantee is limited to the refund of freight charges and does not apply to weather delays, during holiday peak season, or other events out of the Carrier’s control. Please be aware that Carrier guarantees do not apply to Residential deliveries.


PLEASE OPEN YOUR BOXES IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.
If you notice a box is damaged, please make sure to sign for it as “damaged” on the driver’s record and then contact us immediately at 800-200-8181. Rainbow Balloons prides itself on getting your order right the first time, every time, however occasionally you might notice a discrepancy with your order. Please note you must notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of the box.
