Return Policy

Merchandise Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Products that have been misused, incorrectly inflated, or punctured, will not be replaced. Seasonal merchandise cannot be returned.

Product is replaced with other product; credit card or cash refunds will not be issued.

A minimum 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all undamaged product that has been PRE-APPROVED for return. Absolutely NO product will be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Number.

There will be a minimum $15 restocking fee for refused orders plus the cost of freight.

We reserve the right to replace products only after defective products have been returned to us.

Your sole and exclusive remedy against Rainbow Balloons, Inc. is limited to the return and replacement of product as explained above. You shall have no right against Rainbow Balloons, Inc. for incidental or consequential damages (including helium loss) or loss of profits.
